Audiences are invited to experience an unforgettable evening of passionate, virtuosic music rooted in the Roma traditions of Eastern Europe. The spectacular Gypsy Fantasy Concert comes to Cleveland on Saturday evening, May2nd in a beautiful, historic setting at the Slovenian National Home. The concert features a collaboration between Cleveland’s Harmonia and Pittsburgh-based Gypsy Stringz with special guest cimbalom-player Alex Udvary from Chicago. The lineup includes two prímás violinists, two cimbaloms, soulful vocals, as well as tamburica musicians and more.

A reception with live music and dancing follows the concert. Delicious traditional Hungarian food will be available prepared by the Hungarian Cultural Center of Northeastern Ohio, as well as a full bar. Seating will be at tables on the main floor with overflow seating available on the balcony. Advance tickets are strongly recommended. The Slovenian National Home on St. Clair Avenue is a beautifully restored historic venue with a full stage and large wooden dance floor, as well as a spacious bar and kitchen. There is plenty of parking at the back of the building.
